Upcountry doesnʻt sell like the coast

A view lot in Kula and a condo in Kīhei are not the same purchase. Up in the hills, the questions that decide a deal are the ones a coastal agent never has to ask - and theyʻre exactly the ones Georgie asks first.

  • Zoning & CPRs. Ag dedication, second dwellings and what you may actually build.
  • Elevation. Microclimate, sun, fog and frost shift block to block from Pāʻia to Kula.
